Great location, few move in issues.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The only issue I've had was when it came time to move in, I don't feel confident that a walk through/ cleaning was done prior to my key transfer. I found dishes in cupboards and the dishwasher. There were also swimsuit bottoms against the wall in the laundry closet. The windows are stiff and foggy. The blinds are also having issues, one completely came down due to the wrong installation screws being used. As an interior designer I noticed these things and know what's needed for proper installation. The toilet also is very wobbly and the screw/flange is broken (my dads a plumber). Other than these minor issues, in hopes they're taken care of quickly, I love the location and things to do nearby! I don't feel like other tenants are loud at all and everyone is very kind. Staff in leasing office is phenomenal and very attentive to discussing needs, they also let me know if I needed ideas of things to do/ see I could stop in, which was extremely nice considering I come from Iowa!

Lease

I signed a lease, I thought last year in April, Now I am told i am not on a lease, so I am not sure how that happen. I turned in my insurance but every month, I am still being charged for insurance
