Emerson has heen such a wonderful placr to live fir the past 4 years. The rent is reasonably priced, the staff are helpful and its in great location to the mall, restaraunts and parks. I will gladly live here anither year!
Great Living Space
I truly enjoy living here! My only complaint is there are no set hours for the dog park, and this can be very inconvenient for us that live near it. I have neighbors that go to the park sometimes before the sun's up, and others that stay there all night long. To be paying the same as everyone else, and having to deal with this, it could be better resolved. Also, i've lived here for years and my rent has skyrocketed, however, if i simply move to another apartment in the same building it would be cheaper? But, I cant move because my lease is new, although i've been here for years. Does not make much sense!
Great apartment in a great location
I've enjoyed living at Emerson at Montford Park so far. It's in a great convenient location, and the apartment itself is nice and modern. I also enjoy the large fitness center.
