Nice Place

Been here almost two years and have no real complaints outside of wishing the coffee machine was properly stocked at all times. If the biggest complaint is free coffee, I'd say it's a good place.

Thoughts after first 5 months..

Overall it’s been a good experience! The parking situation (especially guest parking) is not ideal as there are about 10-12 of the same cars parked here at all times.. clearly some residents have S/O’s living here without paying rent lol.. cmon guys you could easily fix this.. but other than that and the rent being $200 too high consistently it’s been a good experience.

Life at Lavie

I've been at Lavie since February 2021, and seen a few changes, but changes for the better. The building and it's amenities are well maintained, clean and updated. Lavie has a great location in Southpark, so if you are looking to move I'd 100% give Lavie a chance! They are very pet friendly and provide great accommodation's. Caleb and Brittany do a great job organizing multiple community events to create a great community vibe within Lavie, and Christina and Ally in the office are both great people and even better professionals. Couldn't ask for a better place to be!

Dog Policy

Management needs to do a better job reminding residents to keep their dogs on leash and cleaning up waste. It is out of control and nothing is done
