Great Starter Apartment

I have lived here for almost 3 months. The apartment layout was perfect and we love the pool, parking and amenities. The only complaint is the response time with maintenance

I was looking to move into another location when my daughter told me about Berewick (she lives here also. I looked into it and found it to be exactly what I wanted and needed. As with anything nothing is perfect, however Berewick Pointe sits right in the heart of the Steele Creek area. Everything is assessable and in walking distance., The staff is friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my time here thus far.

Has potential

We moved here the end of June 2023. Just 3 short months. There's good and not so good. The good -- the staff, ground maintenance. The not so good -- interior maintenance can be better, non-working grill for at least a month, garbage not collected on some collection days.
