Canopy Review
Decent place to live by my standards. Only real complaints is that the parking spots are very tight and the pool on the side with the gym is barely open the last 2 years so its annoying to have to walk or drive all the way to the leasing office pool side when you live on the complete opposite side of it.

My experience has been fine. I like the location because it’s close to my workplace. Parking is easy and the amenities are good

the noise from the neighbors can be very annoying.
This place needs a LOT of Updates and a new maintenance crew
The day I moved into my apartment I had to deal with a broken window, cigarette smoke smell, extremely high humidity (82% at one point), mold, and a maintenance group that obviously didn't want to do their job. There was a board under the kitchen sink that was rotten and moldy from the leaking garbage disposal. Half of the windows are fogged over and unusable (I couldn't open most of them). I have only lived in this community for two months and most of the time I've spent living elsewhere because of it being uninhabitable. I was lied to by management and workers (which has been remedied by the new management) The new management has worked to fix things for me, but maintenance is still slow to fix everything. Currently, I would be hard pressed to recommend this community but will admit that the new management crew is working hard to fix things.

My experience liveing here has been good. I love the little apartment. I have only been her about 6 months and plan on staying 2 -3 more years.
