Great Place

I’ve only been here for almost 2 months and me and my son love it here. We just moved into the main leasing building which is nice, so quiet but I haven’t to say I have just minor concerns. The parking is a nightmare, to not have closer parking is insane. I see more orange guest passes in the parking lot than those of us with actual resident parking passes. If anything we should have parking privileges over guest parking passes. Wish there was a designated guest parking lot, would make things easier. Also the fact that the doors to the buildings stay open and not locked brings up a safety concern. Also the carpets in the main leasing building on our floor outside of the units and near the elevators could really use a good clean. While near my unit side hallway is ok and the rest of the facilities in top shape, there is no excuse why the carpets look the way they do. Other than that, staff has been great, maintenance great, always respond right away and I really enjoy my unit and the price, can’t beat it.

Great place to live

I have enjoyed living here and have renewed to stay another year. All maintenance requests are handled immediately, the staff in the front office is very helpful, the manager listens to resident's concerns and addresses them, and gets back to you. Due to resident's concerns extra cameras have been added to the mail room, cameras will be installed outside to ensure the safety of the residents, and lights will be installed in the dog park for middle-of-the-night potty breaks. The buildings are new and cleaner than almost any other apartment I checked before deciding to move here. All the buildings are secure with FOB access which I love and I also love that the "front" door to your apartment is on the interior of the building so that people can't just walk up to your door. The amenities are fantastic. The large pool area accommodates everyone who wants to come. Grilling area to grill your steaks and a great social lounge which you can rent for get-togethers. I will stay here until I am ready to buy another house!

I have lived here for two years. The apartment is noisy. There are always loud conversations from the parking lot that can be heard in my apartment. Often there is trash strewn around the floors of the buildings.
