I've lived here since 2022, and loved it for the most part. Starting August 2025, I've had EXCESSIVE stomping above me to the point where it has been unliveable. I've provided videos to back up my claim and instead of offering ways to help the new management has gaslit me and called me harasser (haven't complained once while living here until this situation). 10/10 would not recommend at its current state. New management will be confrontational if you have serious concerns.

Been living here for a year and noticed a few things. The tentants are not respectful at all. When I bring up complaints to management they deflect and do not use critical thinking skills to resolve any conflicts. Other than that, location is great, being next to railroad tracks is very noisy. Prices could be lowered for the quality of amentities….

This complex and its staff have went above and beyond for everything we needed and wanted. Rickeeva, Macy, and Leighton have been the best staff to assist with any issues & questions I’ve had during my stay. The amenities and social events are fun and a great way to connect with other residents. I love it here!

I have been at Kaleido noda for offically a month now and i love it her. Great location not to far from uptown or university area. I love the monthly events they host. The staff is amazing.

This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in so far. The staff are all wonderful and helpful with any issue I may have. The community is very interactive with the help of the monthly newsletter of activities in the Charlotte community. I look to be here for a long time.
