However, because certain breeds do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or Bull Staffordshire Terrier), Basenji, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Chinese Shar-Pei, Doberman Pinscher, Elkhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, St. Bernard, Wolf Breeds. For applicants with an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), a letter from a medical provider is required and will be sent to the community manager for approval.

Nothing is ever cleaned. Not the parking lot, not the staircases and definitely not the apartments. The property management team all needs to be fired, they do nothing. The flooring between apartments is so thin, you feel like you have room mates instead of neighbors, and again management will do nothing to assist with this matter. These apartments are pest-central, since they don't keep up on extermination, or do apartment inspection when people are moving out or moving in. Half of the amenities you pay for, either do not work or they work but only for a short time. This whole place needs to be bull dozed and started fresh, with new residents and a new management team, that actually wants to do their jobs.

Maintenance is a joke.I had to wait 3 and a 1/2 weeks to have my toilet look that and they never even came for my work order.They only came after the apartment below.Us reported that there was a leap coming from the ceiling. Paking is a joke one assigned spot per apartment. Also my ac hasn't worked in my room since I moved in wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies

It has been ok! Not a lot of noise. Parking has gotten to be a challenge considering i am handicap and there are no handicap signs at accomidate. New residents having more than one vehicle are not considerate at all
