Whitehall Estates

We have lived here since about 4/2017. There have been some problems regarding Maintenace: including stucco falling from bathroom in the shower problems with the electrical I have asked that the problems been fixed multiple times.

Please a need mainteniment AC On several occasions I ask them to come fix the activity. I still have no answer and a lot of water is being consumed.

It used to be a beautiful place to live.

I've lived here over a year and it has changed substantially. Now we have auto repair in the parking lot in two separate areas just about daily, and loud music going on; landscaping is not as common as it was previously. Cars with loud music blasting on week-ends at midnight, 1:00 or 2:00 am when management is not around. New kids (teens) and younger and traveling in packs and throwing garbage and trash everywhere. When they are alone, they are good kids, but in a group, they are destructive. They ruined the tennis court by writing racial slurs everywhere, then broke the net at least three times. Now the net is gone. New tenants are loud and disrespectful. It seems like there is an eviction every week. We will be moving when the lease is up.
