Cheswyck at Ballantyne Apartments is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $325 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $20 a month.

I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!

SO FAR I AM TRULY LOVING MY NEW HOME, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE OFFICE STAFF OR THE MAINTAINANCE STAFF THEY HAVE ALL BEEN GREAT.MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE NOISE FROM CHILDREN RUNNING IN THE APARTMENT UPSTAIRS DIRECTLY OVER MY APARTMENT. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINTED TO THE OFFICE STAFF ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT COULD BE CONSIDERED AS BEING PART OF APARTMENT LIVING, BUT ALL IT TAKES IS FOR THE UPSTAIRS TENANTS TO REALIZE THAT SOMEONE LIVES BELOW THEM AND TO BE A LITTLE MORE CONSIDERATE. ALL IN ALL I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS SPOIL MY LOVE FOR MY NEW HOME I STILL THINK THAT THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !!!!

Review

Feel safe at this location, Maintance and staff are always kind and helpful. Have had bug issues and noise issues. Parking lots are filled with residents who let their kids run around; can be very dangerous even driving below the speed limit. Amenities were never what they promised. But overall me feeling safe in the place I live is most important.
