Great location sacrifices everything else due to old buildin

Location is great. Parking is difficult if you live on bottom floors. Corner units are dark aand get no sunlight. Hvac systmes are consistently breaking. People are nice but ild building means many issues

Great Apartment

I enjoy living in this building and location. The apartment layouts are great and the direct access to uptown and the light rail are wonderful.

Its in a central location, however the parking deck should not allow piggybacking and then the emergency exit is always half assed fixed
