So far, my experience here has been okay. The property manager is great but difficult to get a hold of with office hours being inconsistent. The property overall is a really nice place to live but I was disappointed with the courtyard's firepit not working because that was one of the major reasons why I liked the property when touring it. I was also very excited for the property events but, so far, they have advertised them but I haven't actually seen them occur -- with the exception of "Brew and Write a Review". The apartment windows are lovely when the sun shines in but they are not the best in terms of privacy, unless your shades are down. The noise level is okay but it is very easy to hear people around me, especially on rowdy Friday nights. Overall, I think the property is a safe place to live and is in a nice location.
