Property reviewsAnonymous on Sep 1, 2023I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

Management enforces all policies. If your looking for an apartment Walnut Hill Apartments is the place to live.

Not only are they improving the property itself, but the experience living here has been dramatically different ... and that is because of the Management team. I have gone from having my concerns for years being ignored or being told that there is nothing that can be done, to seeing steps being taken to address those concerns. The manager, Kate, from the start, treated me as a valued member of this community and assured me that my questions and concerns mattered. Lucy and Q are both such a delight to interact with and are patient with my questions and go the extra mile to assure me that I belong! I was told by past Management teams here that apartment living was just temporary housing but this team understands that for me, a later-in-life ex-hippie, this is my home. And that makes a world of difference!! And that difference is because of Kate, Lucy, and Q!!! Plus ... they love my dogs, Chloe and Cooper.

Sebastian M. on Jul 21, 2024I love living in this complex. Everything morning i walk my dog and see wildlife. There are trees near each of my windows and balcony and I feel like i live in a treehouse. The fireplace in the winter is so lovely! My apartment is cozy, functional and just enough for me!

I wish the complex had a gym but everything else is on point. The google reviews are nothing like the actual complex.

Right away when we walked into the office, we noticed the staff WERE cheerful, kind, and they listen to us and told them what we were looking for. They took us to the apartment and show us the area. We fell in love with the scenery and ask them when we can move in, and we were informed about the details, and they would let us know. As of now the staff and maintenance crew have been great. When we have some issues, we fill out a maintenance report, turn it in and within a day our issue is taken care of. We love this place very much. I recommend this place to whomever is interested in seeing trees all around the complex. THANKS TO THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW.

Terrence T. on Sep 13, 2018This is truly a place that has far to much to give for the cheap price that they rent. The grounds team does a great job at keeping everything clean. It sad to say but it's usually the neighbors that tend to give them a hard time, trash tend to get put out on days that aren't trash days, and with that, litter piles up. The management team does the jobs that they are suppose to do, they make sure that they're 100% transparent with everyone and keep us updated no matter if it's good or bad. The pools are always clean and the gym is always lonely, so they're always ready for use. The maintenance team responds to emergencies first, so when you put in a ticket, please keep in mind that you are behind the more emergent issues. Great staff especially Mrs. Nikki if you ever need help she is your lady! Great location to all highways you are literally smack middle of everything. Maintenance is always on point every time I needed a work order it was done the same day! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! Keep up the amazing work.
