Love the neighbors it’s not much noisy around the neighborhood. Parking is amazing. I can see it from my window closer to the laundry area not that expensive. Also, it’s really close to any grocery store and nearby gas station.

Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

From the moment my partner and I first spoke to the lovely women in the front office, to now having been living in our own cozy spacious home for the past few weeks, every person we've met that works at this complex has been absolutely kind and helpful. Miss Alicia was the one to give us our apartment tour and help with our application process, and she has been one of the most sweet people ever. She always kept up with us during our moments leading up to moving into our new apartment, expressed excitement for us to begin living here, and checked up on our unit before we moved in to let me know how great everything was looking. Even our maintance staff is a joy to have around. Pavillions At Northshore has made every step of the process easy to understand and gladly offered help for every question for us first-time renters, and never made us feel silly for asking. Parking hasn't been an issue for us. Sometimes I may not get to park right next to our unit, but the small to my walk is still enjoyable and refreshing because of the lovely atmosphere they have here. The complex's rules are more than reasonable. Neighbors seem to be quite alright. No complaints there. Just enjoying our refreshing own slice of life here in our adorable first apartment. I feel safe and at home. And there is comfort in knowing that anything we may need help with from maintenance or a simple question from the front office will be happily handled by kind people with swiftness and smiles.

Great place to live location pool safety

It has been wonderful living at Le Montreaux. I have been here for a year and a half now. The apartments are in great shape and isolated enough that you get no neighbor noise. Parking is always available and much of it is covered. There is a great pool, a solid gym, and a good quiet but lively community. The staff (Mary and Renee) are always affable, quick, and helpful. Maintenance comes quick. The area is very safe. I highly recommend.

Any problem that I have in regard to the maintenance always is taken care of promptly. All the office staff and maintenance are very respectful and kind. I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly. I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

So lucky to have found this sweet spot! Staff, maintenance, neighbors and location are great! Super value!
