Have lived at this property and I liked that it is close to the 101 freeway. The property manager is accessible and quick to respond to inquiries. They are also friendly and gives thorough and clear explanations. The floor plan I resided in was spacious and had plenty of natural light.

Management actually cares about us, and maintenance is quick. The apartment is nice with in unit laundry.
Modern. The apartments look good. It's a little expensive. But on site maintenance, friendly staff, onsite large appliances, and in unit laundry make it worth it.

We are beginning our third year at NoHo Senior Arts Colony. We enjoy living here because it's a friendly community with wonderful amenities, a caring and compassionate staff and an extraordinary maintenance team. The building and the grounds are immaculately maintained. It's a pleasure to come home to such a comfortable and well cared for property.
We have lived at the Noho Senior Arts Colony for over a year. We love living here because the apartment is comfortable, the property is expertly maintained and the amenities are superb. The best part, however, is the way the tenants are cared for. The office management team is very responsive. The maintenance team is beyond compare. Maintenance requests are handled immediately with care and courtesy. We could not be happier with this property.
