This review is long overdue. I have been a tenant at Windfaire Apartments on Otsego Blvd. for over twelve years. I've seen a myriad of leasing managers come and go. Scott is by far the best leasing manager that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is highly responsive, kind, generous, and always available to his tenants. Everyone in the building loves him. He cares. He is an asset to this building, your company, and us.
