almost 2 years, too many people double-parking, blocking traffic, but that's beyond your control, like the produce mans annoying horn. need entry protocol for deliveries like UPS and FedEx.

Wish residents would not block open front gate. Been here over a year Wish produce man would not honk so often. Cars double parking out front very annoying.
