I enjoy it here

This place has a lot of character and potential but it is very clear this building is very old and has seen better days. The newest management/owners of the property have clearly tried their best to make things feel more updated, but there Is only so many layers of paint you can put on to mask obvious renovation needs. No literally, you can see where there are so many layers of paint that’s just been gone over, it’s starting to just slide off the wall from it’s own weight. All of that however is fine with me, and I don’t lose sleep over it.. No, That would be due to the neighbors in the building next door. It’s like living in a live studio Audience taping of Jerry springer that never ends, but with dogs... lots and lots of dogs. In fairness the dogs are likely also sick of hearing Mr. and Mrs. Domestic Dispute as well and just trying to tell them to pipe down.
