The Luxe is in an amazing location, centrally located in the heart of the Noho Arts, but far enough away from the foot traffic to maintain a quiet atmosphere. The maintenance staff is amazing and the manager is both responsive and attentive. Although it is a little pricey, the security and cleanliness of the complex makes it ultimately worth the price. I have lived here for over a year and have no intention of leaving.

Great Place

The management and maintenance staff here honestly make the difference. It is expensive and certain additional charges like parking and gym could be augmented to make their quality match the price; however, the people working within this complex truly make it incredible. It is very clean, well-managed, available maintenance and management and VERY safe!

Solid Place to Reside

We stayed here for a little over a year and a half (2021-2023) and we absolutely loved our time. Very clean building, delightful staff (Maria the resident manager, and Jose the maintenance tech), and beautiful units! Not to mention all the stores and restaurants that are quite literally steps away. The balconies are quite sizeable, and the units are laid out in an open set-up. Central air and security system was also a plus for us personally! Maintenance (Jose) was quick to help us out with any issues, which was a pleasant surprise since many complexes do have delays and waiting periods that are less than opportune. Management (namely Maria) is very communicative and friendly, and she is always connecting with the community! In regards to areas of opportunity for this complex, it really depends on your threshold for comfort. Parking is on the expensive side, which would be fine if the gate wasn’t inoperable most of the time (this may have been fixed since, but I will say the tenants would typically be at fault for the gate issues since they would be a bit reckless and hit the gate on their way in/out). Noise was also an issue at times. We would be woken up to quite loud thumping music here and there at very late hours. The managers would always hear us out and try to remedy this, but the tenants were not always the most mindful. This can be a pretty big issue if you are a light sleeper or if you have small children that are easily woken up. Overall, the pros heavily outweighed the cons, and the apartment itself truly feels like home. We loved it so much that we are expecting another child and we are considering moving back! Definitely recommend to anyone that is trying to find a safe, beautiful and pleasant complex in the area.
