Great views, property is always well kept, well maintained ( as well as the common areas ). Noise is not bad, although once in awhile the huge Cruise Ships blow a loud horn to let other vessels know they are pulling out. Not to mention 'Sunac ' is right across the street for quality groceries and hot foods.

Was a little disappointed to have to pay an amenity fee after being told that the building did not have an amenity fee. When we applied for the apartment there was not amenity fee associated with the apartment and we feel that should have been grandfathered in. Other than this issue everything seems to be good.

The building is in a convenient yet quiet location, has fantastic amenities, and a friendly staff. My apartment has modern finishes and is very well maintained by the maintenance team.
