its 5 months we moved here. COmmunity is good, amentiites are excellent for kids. The price of the rent is little high compared to 1-2 years back.

I originally applied to hillcrest village im holbrook and then decided that i wanted to transfer here now i thought since its the same apartments i figured all i needed to do was request them to transfer my application. Well nope hillcrest was suppose to let colony pull my application first before canceling my applicarion but they didnt they just cancelled my application. Which really caused a headache and cause my move in date to be further away. Now shaw in colony park was such a huge help and so understandin she tried her best to make my experience better. I was so upset with hillcrest because that also meant that colony park would have to basically start the whole proccess over even with running my credit . Thank you to shay she really made my whole proccess smooth and i was a pain in the a** with all my request but she really made it happen. I love my place and love colony park its honestly perfect !
Nothing Luxury about these apartments
Grounds look great but apartments are anything but luxury. Out dated kitchen with outdated 1990 appliances. Mismatched appliance colors, cabinets and counters old and beaten up. Bathrooms very dated and cheap looking. Over priced Apartments look nothing like the pictures you see online.
