All the staff you interact with daily are great, but unfortunately management is so unreliable, uncommunicative, and inconsistent it significantly detracts from the doormen/women, package room staff, and handymen's best efforts. The biggest issues originate form the management office and no matter how patient or understanding you may try to be it will never get better because they're obviously not investing in their client-facing operations or general upkeep.

Despite being close to Bedford Ave Station, it's in a great location facing the park. The staff were incredibly hospitable and called me by name from the first day.
