Some household appears to smoke indoors. The smell can be sensed through windows cracks and bathroom vents. Please warn the residents not to smoke any kind indoors.

Lived here for the summer of 2023 so far. Decent place with the exception of some maintenance and pest issues. Rent is expensive but it is bad everywhere in Ithaca.
