What others love about this property:
Mediocre for price
In the past year of living here, my roommate and I have expressed several issues which have either been completely ignored or have taken months to address. We pay for certain amenities that are supposedly included but have not had access to. Management has changed numerous times and if we were to renew our lease, our rent would be increased by $1000. It could be a gorgeous complex in a very convenient location; however, with the above-mentioned issues and several others, it is not worth the money we spend. The employees and maintenance staff have been very pleasant to deal with when we can actually get ahold of them, so I believe the issues lie with corporate greed. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live if you are willing to sacrifice a lot of time and money.
Little pricey, but we’ll kept
Living here has been great. Love our appliances and access to a pool and fitness area. (Fintness area could use a bit more devoces and machines) but other than that its pretty great. Wish it was just a pinch cheaper.
Maintenance is needed to be worked on
I rewlly like the alartment and location! Staff are super nice and respond quick. They do not have like any maintai e team and i am doing the maintance myself. Luckily i work maintenance for qnother comqpny and can do it. My only complainy is really the price we pay for having no maintenance or at least having anything done in a timely manner, or the fact due to that our apartment has things that i need to fix like air vents falling off the wall. Range Hood was failling off the wall too and the shower wasnt completes for our move in and i had to get that fixed. I also cant wait for weeks for maintenance to get done. But like i said that is the inly real issue we have.
