Pets allowed. We are excited to welcome your pets upon approval. Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year, are welcome at our community. Pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. We limit 2 pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for 1 cat and monthly pet rent of $60 for up to 2 cats. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog and monthly pet rent of $75 for up to 2 dogs. Whereas there are no weight limits, there are breed restrictions. We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Dalmation, Beagle. We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

Great place for a college student to spilt with a roommate close to so many thins like food gas station good amount of room in the apartment shopping centers and the neighborhood is great barley any noise during nights and day time

I just moved in. The office staff was very helpful, Janea and Cathy took the time out to help me and answer all my questions and assist me with the entire process. They are very friendly and helpful.

Neighbors have always been great around me. we have mutual respect. things are fine for the most part. However I have filed 2-3 maintenance requests and never heard anything back from them. Snow removal has been very poorly executed, many times where just a single drive through of the circle and then leaving. They would never would clear any of the open spots. Summer time grass cutting crew has never had any issues doing their job and doing it well. Thirdly the renewal process, well there has never been one. the last 2 times i have had to go out of my way to reach the office and actually speak to some one to get something going. emails have are often unresponsive unless they need something from me. this is the first time i am having one and its late by a few months, with an expectancy that i am fast to do my part. a good business would be early to get the renewal process going, not late.
