Since we have been here we have noticed a decline inin landscaping. There are a number of dead or dying shrubs and grass areas . After this winter hopefully these conditions wii be fixed. Also it doesn’t seem like much mulch has been spread. The men who work do seem to work very hard and this is not directed at them

I lived at Highland Creek for 4.5 years and everything from the new apartment to parking to maintenance was excellent. I only moved because I bought a house. If I could've bought the apartment, I would have!

We have been at Highland Creek almost a year and love it. We have settled in a very comfortable apartment and cannot praise the company, staff and workers enough. They are all friendly and care about the property and the residents as their own. We have recommended the Marini Company to many of our friends looking to down size to apartment life.

Higland Creek is a great place to live. You are surrounded by nature but close to downtown Troy. Food stores, etc are minutes away. The property is very well maintained. Property management is great. Weve happily lived here over 5 years
