Decent place to live. All inclusive living makes this a great first apartment as you don't have to budget for any amenities. The location is just far enough outside downtown to not make it walkable and the area isn't always the safest. Property management has gone through a lot of people over the two years I've lived here and often messages and requests go unanswered until you follow up multiple times. Parking lot if often filled with abandoned cars and trash.
