Pets allowed. Sol welcomes both cats and dogs, with a limit of two pets per household. Pet rent is $50 per month for each dog and $25 per month for each cat. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee applies: $250 for one pet or $350 for two. We do not charge a pet deposit, and there is no weight limit. We do not have age limits for pets; however, for the comfort and safety of all residents, the following apply: All animals must be spayed or neutered. The following dog breeds are restricted: Akita, Chow, Doberman, Hybrid Wolves, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, and Saint Bernard, as well as any mixes of these breeds.
