The only problem is that mantniance has not fix our dishwasher yet and it's been like 4 months

Very quiet. Room to park my work truck. Maintaince is lacking. 1400 dollars for an apartment that the dish washer. Doesn't work. Roommate put in request days ago and still nothing.

We love the location, we love that theres always parking. The noise is at a minimum. However, our rent got raised even though the AC doesnt work in the summer, Heat doesnt work in the winter, theres been a jole in our cieling for a year from water damage, and the AC doesnt work upstairs so its extremely hot. Other than that, we love the location and we love our space.
