I have lived here for 3 (going on 4 years). My dishwasher and clothes washer do not currently work (open maintenance request for atleast 2 weeks). I continue to be charged for a garage ($85/month) that I never requested and internet/TV ($70/month) that I canceled/unsubscribed from at the start of my current lease and never recieved equipment for. Given these current continued issues I cannot recommend this property at this time. Staff is nice enough.

I've lived here for 8 yrs so I can say that management has gone down hill while rent increases. We recently had a water main break and while they said it was fixed, my water was full of debris. Upon calling them, i was told it would only be addressed during business hours and to not use or drink the water. Completely unacceptable. This is not the luxury place they claim it is And forcing ppl to go without water because of a situation they are responsible for is not acceptable.

Ive lived here 8 happy years. The grounds and aapartments are well maintained. There is never any real trouble with neighbors or noise. All animald ive seen over the years is enjoyable and they are well behaved and picked up by their owners.
