Maintenance

We have been living at Twin Lakes for 10 months. We are grateful for having a roof over our head. However, we pay close to $2000 in rent only - and we expect quality customer service. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at Twin Lakes. When you do - they do not offer quality service. Maintenance: I have been asking to have my patio door fixed SINCE the first day we moved in. Still nothing. Two weeks ago - we had a flood in the kitchen (sink). We called the office - they said they were coming. They never showed up. Called again - still nothing. Our daughter lives in the same complex - and she has the same negative experiences.

Maintenance Shortcomings

I've been renting from the Solomon Organization for several years now. Throughout it any maintenance requests have either taken many calls to get someone to help, or they come over to see the problem and say they'll come back to fix it and never do and the ticket will be closed without resolution. I've had things broken in my apartment since moving in years ago. The excuse is always that they're either short staffed or it's someone new. It's been like that for several years so something clearly needs to change to retain staff.
