I pay my portion every month in time not my problem or concern wether sec.8 pay their portion on time and my portion is all i will pay unless sec.8 tells me otherwise Thank you

The staff is not good. No smile, No greeting upon arrival at the rental office. The person looks mad. Locks on the front doors are not a good idea, problem, and problem and problem. No follow-up for the email inquiry. Promised free wi-fi but it has been almost a year, no wi-fi yet.

I feel like a lot of times getting household repairs take far too long to get completed. I think having been a tenant for a long period of time that some upgrades should be done.
