Anonymous on May 1, 2023I've lived here for almost a year now, The experience has been really good so far. The apartment complex is always very nicely taken off, the staff are always super nice and polite. Most of the people that live here a pretty friendly. My only downside is that it does get pretty noisy. My apartment overlooks the pool so I do hear a lot of noise when there are people outside, its sometimes annoying when its pretty late. The walls are thin so I hear people from the corridor all the time. However I guess if matters if your neighbors are noisy or not. But other than that everything is really great!

Residents who respect their neighbors and the rules of their lease are treated very well, but there's no tolerance for those that don't, as it should be.

Residents have access to a gym that’s a step above those found in most apartment buildings, a rooftop lounge that offers a nice sunset view of some of Savannah’s historic churches, and several great spots for dining within a stone’s throw.
