Staff is good, neighbors are awful

We have never had an issue with tbe staff here. The maintenance team works hard and is verg friendly. Our biggest complaint is our neighbors. 1. They create their own oarkjng spaces which blocks the parking lot at times. 2. Car alarms, every day. All hours of the day/night. 3. Loud music from cars, other units and people yelling in the parking lot 4. Kids screaming and telling throughout the complex on weekend nights past 10 PM at times 5. Theres been multiple occasions where we’ve seen neighbors yelling on their phone and/or domestic disputes between couples. To the point where we hear them from inside our unit. Weekends are always loud. We were forced to finding a cheaper place fast due to our landlords selling our rented house from underneath us so this was not our first pick. We cant wait to move and will break our lease when we are able.
