I have lived here 7 years. I love living here. The rent has increased. I can't budget anymore increases so I hope I can stay here. All in all Westwind is an excellent place to live. No complaints.

Why I love West Wind

I have lived here for almost 4 years, and could not be happier. Location is perfect, amenities are great, parking is good,but there is not enough space to fully praise the Staff, but I shall try. THEY CARE !!!You are NOT just a monthly income, you are FAMILY and are treated as such !No request is cast adide, they will bend over backwards to help.If it is impossible, they will suggest alternatives. They are courteous, kind. underdtanding and patient. THANK YOU WEST WIND !!!!!!

save environment

I been living here for almost 5 years, what we like the most is that we have everything closed to us like the grocery stores and other restaurants. Also the girls love the pool view and so far is safe on this area.

Horrible trash system, run-down appliances, otherwise nice

I have lived here for many years. The rent increases dramatically with each new lease - there is no level of rent control. It is a nice quiet place to live, with the exception that appliances are extremely old and the area you have to enter to take your trash is really gross and poorly maintained. Often people throw their trash in the general direction of the compactor because it is too gross and dangerous (broken glass) to get up close and open the door.
