Not worth the price

The apartments are nice, as the should be for how much they charge. There is zero communication from the front office if it doesnt directly benefit them or the management company. Any emails sent that do not benefit them will be promptly ignored.

Horrendous Place to Live

Where do I begin? I made a service request for a new microwave (Mine was broken since I moved in two years ago) and after 5 requests without an answer, I was finally answered by the property manager (Richard) who instead of trying to help me, belittled me, told me I am overreacting, and was overall very hostile toward me just trying to get a working microwave. Every building has a structural issue where their ceiling fans are leaking water all over the kitchen floor. The maintenance team has repaired the vent twice, but since it is a structural issue, the whole building is compromised. So now I have a towel over my fridge to collect the spouts of water coming from my ceiling so I do not trip over the water on the kitchen floor as I've done many times. Remind you this is all happening while I pay $1900/mo for a one-bedroom and bath apt. This also affects the air quality and humidity in my apt, so my HVAC is overworking thus charging me more. Word of advice for the owner of The Ellis - get a new property manager who has customer service skills and is professional. I will not renew my lease.

Great amenities, management and maintenance!

This is the 2nd time that I have lived at the Ellis. I love the amenities, the apartments are very nice, and maintenance is always quick to respond to requests. Rich Firth has been wonderful throughout the whole application and move-in process. He is always very quick to reply to emails, which is a plus.
