I was one of the first ones to move into this complex and my rent was around $1800, its not sitting around $2400 which is absolutely insane for a one bedroom no matter the location. I won’t be resigning.

While I think it is a tad bit excessive to be paying $2300 for a one bedroom apartment, riverworks is definitely the best apartment complex in Savannah. Location, amentities, store fronts, and access to food and coffee.

I have lived here at Riverworks for a year and 1/2 and would have extended my stay longer had I not decided to relocate back to Roswell GA. It's a wonderful downtown Savannah location and I expect the area to keep growing with more shops and restaurants etc. The staff was always on point and the amenities are top notch from the pool deck to the gym. I would highly recommend the entire living experience to anyone looking to live close to the heart of downtown Savannah
