Ive been here a few years and its not bad. Everywhere has its ups and down but overall the experience has been good.

Needs improvement
This would be a great place if you could maintain the amenities that are advertised. I've been here 1.5 years, of that time the pool was only open for 10-15 percent of the season. The main laundry room is in serious disrepair and the gym was completely down for months and now it's only open during business hours when most can't utilize it. Rules are out out but really not enforced. There are abandoned vehicles in the lot, some with all tires flat. Cameras are supposedly used near the trash dumpsters but somehow you can't keep folks from simply putting trash on the ground. It's just a bad look. This complex when first opened was the place to be now it seems that the complex is going downhill quickly
