Better than “luxury apartments”

There are many apartments and homes to rent around here. Lots of options but so many are too expensive for not a lot of space or low for not even good conditions. Though not a fan of the orice going up every year, Plantation Oaks somehow manages to be lower priced and more spacious than most “luxury apartments” you see popping up. All the rooms are more spacious than the average bed, living, and dining rooms that you’ll see around town. Noise from other apartments are very low, more credit to the residents for being respectful than wall/floor thickness though those are pretty good too. If something is wrong in the apartment the land lord is usually pretty good about sendjng someone over as soon as they’re available. The only gripes I can think of are few. The gym/pool, imcreased rent. The gym is small and crammed, not very enticing and the pool is not open much throughout the year and in Savannah where it’s hot most of the year is puzzling. The rent increasing is a thing everywhere and I know economy plays into that and things i dont know about. When i got here though rent was a good bit less Despite my cons of this place, I’d still recommend Plantation Oaks like crazy, i have to many co-workers. It's been pretty nice living here and a place i can call home

Would Recommend Strongly

This place is pretty great. Spacious for the price especially considering the price of “luxury” apartments elsewhere. Maitenence is pretty spot on and timely. I just wish the pool was open longer during the year, considering what state we are in ita warm most of the year, and the gym was upgraded a bit. Other than that, there’s nothing to really complain about. I’ve boasted about this place to my friends

Jody is the best!! She place high expectations to the tenants to make that apartment our lovely home. If you can’t follow the rules or not serious about the high expectations. Then this place is not for you.

Pretty Great

This place is surprising. Ive lived gere for 3 years and seen a ton of other apartments due to my job and THIS place has a good amount of space in every room of the apartment, its close to a bunch of stores/restaurants, 15min from the the downtown area. Noise is minimal, maitenance is usually quick when notified of an issue, parking is never an issue, and the property is kept pretty clean. The price of this place considering all of what was just listed is pretty great, honestly. I have friends who are so shocked when they hear of this place and its price. My only gripe, more of a nitpick since theres a very nice gym close by, is that the exercise area is not much. All in all though, this place is pretty great
