I have lived here for over two years. The maintenance staff are great and fix the issues. The front staff is nice but not always the best with communication, but that might be more of a user error than the front office staff. Overall, I feel safe, the location is convenient, the apartment size is fairly big, and the cost of the apartment is reasonable, if there is such thing as reasonable "rent" or housing. I would live here again if I were back in the Savannah area.

Apartments need to be upgraded bad. There is clearly water leaks in alot of these buildings and it is causing the foundation to crumble. If completetely upgrades the apartments would be amazing being that they are in an ideal location.
