I have lived here for a year and have had a mixed experience. They have rehired new maintenance which is a bonus because the service was not the best. My apartment had a lot of issues when I moved in and I was reaching out to maintenance consistently. However, overall I enjoy the location of the apartment. The amenities are nice, but the gym is a bit outdated and the pool is never clean long enough to enjoy. The courtyard is beautiful though. The staff is not as communicative, but will respond after a few tries.
