I have lived here over a year and I have seen different sides of the process. The staff isn't very friendly. The parking is the worst! They say only 2 cars per lease and that we are suppose to be respectful but its not fair when I have to walk a mile just to get to my car or my front door. The manger has 3-4 cars parked and the noise from the kids playing in the road, and then trying to keep my head safe while walking outside to my car or even to take the trash out, and trying to make sure I don't get hit in the head by flying balls

Very great complex. The units are spacious, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the front office is very helpful. Love living here

The apartment staff is always available, helpful, and kind. Maintenance not only fixed issues with the apartment but gave great recommendations to keep the apartment in good shape. They even recommended local businesses to try and were generally very polite. My main problem living here was the excessive noise and people double parking to save parking spots. Brittney and Tammy sent out notices and did what they could to deter this behavior but if people want to be jerks they sadly will be.
