Very great complex. The units are spacious, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the front office is very helpful. Love living here
Leasing Office and Maintenance are the Best
The apartment staff is always available, helpful, and kind. Maintenance not only fixed issues with the apartment but gave great recommendations to keep the apartment in good shape. They even recommended local businesses to try and were generally very polite. My main problem living here was the excessive noise and people double parking to save parking spots. Brittney and Tammy sent out notices and did what they could to deter this behavior but if people want to be jerks they sadly will be.

I’ve been living at the property for 1 year and it has been an amazing experience! Maintenance responds fast to any requests or concerns. The amenities are perfect and no issues with parking. Quiet area with friendly neighbors and perfect location for my commute to work. I love it here at Fords Pointe !
