The amenities here are SO NICE! We're undergoing alot of renovations, but the apartments as they are; are cozy and spacious. The new office is immaculate are so are Akilah, Sarah, and maintenance that work there.

The monthly rental amount exceeds the fair market rate & the units are too outdated for the high price. Amenities are falsely advertised. The playground that's advertised on the website has been nonexistent in the years that I've lived here. The computers in the computer lab also haven't been usable during this time. The unusable fireplace is an eyesore and residents should be informed prior to move-in that the fireplace is not functional. The units seem to have no soundproofing: I live on the top floor yet I can hear every step my neighbors make below me. Excessive flooding when it rains is a safety hazard.
