Great Building except for constant fixes to electrical and service elevator being out for one year

The freight elevator has been out of service for months. I don't think they plan to repair it.

Only recently moved in but incredibly happy with the management and the overall value/neighborhood/finishes of the building and my apartment.

The utilities are nearly $300 A MONTH. This is an apartment, not a condo; we shouldn't be paying HOA fees. Management doesn't answer emails or phone calls nor works on-site.

Have lived at this property and I liked that it is close to the 101 freeway. The property manager is accessible and quick to respond to inquiries. They are also friendly and gives thorough and clear explanations. The floor plan I resided in was spacious and had plenty of natural light.

Living here is nice. The trees and environment make the whole complex a very relaxing setting. Maintenence and management are helpful and quick to solve anything. My favorite apartment in LA!

I’ve lived at RLF Garden Apts for 3+ years now. It feels so serene, almost like youre in Palm Springs instead of Los Angeles. The location is great and Ive always Felt so safe here. Also, the maintenance is top-tier, anytime I’ve had any sort of problem whether it was minor or urgent, the maintenance team was always so responsive and communicative. The gym and pool is great too. Oh! and theres also free coffee :)

Management actually cares about us, and maintenance is quick. The apartment is nice with in unit laundry.

Modern. The apartments look good. It's a little expensive. But on site maintenance, friendly staff, onsite large appliances, and in unit laundry make it worth it.

I am very happy with the community and ease of living.

I moved into Toluca Lake a month ago, and my experience with the staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They communicated everything with me prior to my move-in. On the move-in date, I missed my flight and was really late. However, the staff was there, waiting for me even after hours, and helped me take my luggage upstairs. They had already put all my delivery boxes in the apartment, ready for me. I encountered several issues in the apartment after moving in, but the leasing staff was very understanding, and the maintenance staff promptly fixed the issues. Additionally, the leasing staff came in person to check in with me to ensure everything was okay. Overall, I have always found Los Angeles to be depressing, but the vibe of this community is very uplifting. The trees planted around the area beautify the community, and the helpful and friendly staff is the icing on the cake.

I have been living here for the past 9 months and had a great time living in downtown Glendale. It's conveniently close to all the shopping, entertainment and food options. Great staff.

I called to see about an apartment, and when I told them I had a Section 8 voucher, they told me they only accept 3x of the rent for applications. Don’t rent here, not worth it, rude employees.

A nice spot at the quiet end of a busy block. Parking is readily available, and the building interior area is typically quiet and composed. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part, and the jacuzzi and two gas grills are nice compliments to the open area.

I really love living in my community. I am heard and valued as a tenant. The area is also safe and really convenient as well as really pretty!! There could be a few more ammenities but for me safety is number one priority.
