Pet limit 2 allowed. Refundable Pet Deposit of $500 for one pet, $800 for two pets. Monthly pet rent of $50 per dog, $35 per cat. Exotic animals are not allowed. Prizma is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per dog and $35 per cat per month. There is also a refundable $500 deposit for one pet and an $800 deposit for two. We do not have weight restrictions, but exotic animals are not allowed.
