Anonymous on May 3, 2023Everyone in the office has been so nice and friendly. Whenever there is an issue, they respond immediately. The apartments are quiet and safe. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and I feel comfortable walking my dogs around the area. It is so nice and peaceful here!

My wife Barbara nd I have lived here since 2006 and things have only gotten better. We've enjoyed living here and I personally think Scott, the manager, is the BEST !! Scott always makes the building clean and comfortable to live in always. We love living here.

We have had a few different managers but Scott Casperson, the current manager, is by far the best manager that I personally have ever known here or any other place that I have lived. He is always ready to help with anything needed and does many little things that aren't even expected like deliver a package to our door when it's expected. At holiday time he makes the lobby and outside areas look festive. Scott really makes this apartment building feel homey and comfortable. Scott is truly the BEST! Thanks for your time. Joseph M. Management is very responsive, and Maintenance is too. This is a new building. I love the finishes and the new appliances. This is a desirable area so rents are priced accordingly. The area is busy but the apartments are pretty well insulated from noise. The I only thing I wish is that there was some kind of gym or exercise equipment. There is a secure parking garage, which is awesome. The roof deck has excellent views!!
