Great Staff, Needs Improvement

I have lived here for a month. The staff is amazing and the apartment is well made. I think the security of the building and garage can be improved as the gates of the garage have been open and accessible to all for weeks now. I have also seen some squatters arounds the garage area as well. Overall the building has value but can definitely improve on security issues like installing better garage baricades and ensuring the entrances are accessible only by fob key at all times

Affordable living with all essential apartment amenities

I have not lived here for a long time, but my apartment has been very comfortable. The central AC/heating works quietly and efficiently, the kitchen appliances are very good, and there is high-speed internet.
