I am happy to provide resident feedback on my four years stay at Westminster Meadows Senior Apartment Living. The rent is reasonable. The property is well maintained and in good condition. I found no visual violations involving the resident pets. I did not experience any neighbor relation complaints. I enjoyed the resident craft days, cookouts, and holiday gatherings. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely apply for a rental lease again. The personal touch that was provided by the Eenhoorn Property Management staff; Rebecca and Bill, and Salon Services, Dexter Davis, was exceptional for their attentiveness and their kindness towards to the residents.

The manager is very helpful with things I need. If I come to the office Rebecca always help me. Bill is my maintenance man and he always gets things done right away. They make things feel fun, like Bingo and holiday activities. I really like all of my neighbors and and I tell everyone I know they would be lucky to live here.

Even with the Covid 19 situation Rebecca and Bill have kept things on the positive side. This is a great place for seniors, affordable, quiet and the residents are all friendly.

I have been here since August of last year and I have found Rebecca to be so organized and attentive to my needs, I really appreciate it. Bill who does maintenance is really right on top of it to get things in my apartment fixed. The people are really nice and I like that there is a library and an exercise room. When we can get back to normal I can't wait to have the birthday parties and coffee times. Anyone looking for a place to live I am a walking advertisement. I also like that the apartments are big and they are set up will with big bedrooms.

I want you to know that Rebecca and Bill really deserve a pat on the back for how patient and kind they are and how they go out of the way to treat residents with respect and patients. The monthly events they put on are above and beyond. That they take time to talk to us during their busy days and not look perturbed is always amazing. As a resident of Westminister Meadows for almost 2 years (and leaving for another country), along with having a background in full service seniors' housing management, I just wanted whoever reads this to know that the manager and maintenance man not only do the jobs that they are being paid to do,but do them with kindness and attention to the residents that may have some additional needs because of their age or health.
