In my years of living here the quality of living has drastically gone downhill. On top of already cheap and nonsensical construction that was only built to look good for a short period of time and a decline in management, it's absolutely not worth the already inflated price for what's turned into a glorified frat house with no parking, amenities that are broken upon move-in, and a non-existent front desk staff that will forget your name and what you needed as soon as you put a request in. Currently undergoing a transition into a partial hotel on top of the numerous airbnb properties inside of it, you can enjoy the constant sounds of construction while you pay an extra $200 a month for resident parking through the city and have drunks waiting to be let into parties greeting you on your way home for work every night. Maintenance staff is sweet and helpful as can be, but Rockford Property Management is nothing but a disappointment.

Elise and Jon are amazing! I am always greeted by them and that makes this my home. The parking lot is a joke, GR Parking just took away the lower parking lot and all the reserved parking spot take up 2.5 levels. Now I have to park on level H,I to get a spot; not what I signed up for.
