The building is extremely safe, well-located, and has a lot of amenities. I highly recommend it.

Best accommodations safe and secure

It’s really nice to live at a place where you can park. And either walk for dinner, walk to vanAndel, walk to work. I don’t like walking around by myself and it’s nice to have the walkways.

Good place to live, too expensive though

I absolutely love the location, amenities, etc. However, for an apartment that needs some serious updating and the fact that a location across the street is about $300 less per month, I don't know if it is worth it as rent continues to increase.

Good with room for improvement

I lived here for 8 months. Overall the staff is friendly and offers good value with good amenities. However, there is room for improvement. i.e. the hot tub has only worked for 3/8 months I have been here. Security of parking structure could be better.
