The location is perfect, right across the street from the arena and 50 yards from the on-ramp to 131. Restaurants around every corner and all of them excellent (not 1 bad 1 yet). The apartment itself is very clean and set up to my exact taste making my furniture a perfect fit. The staff have been excellent from the moment Emily first showed me the apt.. to when my lease was up and I moved into a larger apt and the rare occasion when maintenance was required (fast). I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxury downtown apt and values easy freeway access.
